X.J. has developed more than 2,000 kinds of products. These owe to the engineers continuous efforts and innovative ideas.

There are more than 50 engineers in our R&D team. 20% of them with master's degree and 80% of them have bachelor's degree. Most of them have 10 years engineering experiences. Mr. Hong Dong Ye, the director of R&D department, has more than 20 years’ experiences and has worked in X.J. ever since 2000.

Among 50 engineers, 5 of them are in charge of appearance design, 15 are in charge of structure design and 10 in charge of software development. There are 5 chief engineers and each chief engineer has 3 or 5 assistant engineers.

The R&D team is well equipped with all necessaries software such as PRO-E, CAD and engineering facilities such as Fluke temperature sensor, Hi-pot tester, power & earth tester, lathe, etc.
