In year 2008, X.J. achieved a promotion order for Aldi Germany. The clients from Germany had contacted with X.J. for more than 2 years before this 80,000PCs order was done. In March of 2008, a promotion project was discussed aiming at shipment from September 2008. Actually prophase communications were started from February. 

Sample evaluation and factory audit were performed successfully in April and May. Client have strict requirements on product and a full quality test needed to be done by BV in Germany. Owning 21 years manufacturing experiences and good management system, X.J.’s product passed test successfully. Sample was conformed by client in end of May.

Order conformation was received in mid of June and X.J. started preparation for production soon. Printing proof, more samples were sent to clients and got approval for production. From end of July, mass produciton started with daily capacity of 2,000 units. On-line inspection & FRI were done every 3 days. First inspection was done at early August and shipment for 15,000 units was arranged before middle of August, which is earlier than expected. From end of August, more capacity was arranged with daily output of 3,000 units.

In the time following, each 20,000 units was inspected and shipped out as one lot. The last lot of 15,000 units was shipped out in end of Septem and the whole order was fulfilled successfully.

Client received the goods mostly in October, which was aiming at Christmas promotiong.
